Welcome to mypaca.org!

Pasco Alliance for Community Associations (PACA) was created in April 2007 to help Community Development Districts (CDDs), Homeowner Associations (HOAs), and Condominium Associations (CAs) by having a synergistic effect. Here’s three ways you can learn about PACA:

1. Web Site: Look at the following parts of the web site (not all sections of web site opened to non members):

ABOUT US: Will let you know who is eligible to join PACA

BROCHURE & APPLICATION: Will provide you the two purposes, contact information of Board members, and four classes of membership of PACA.

NEWSLETTERS: Will tell you why PACA was started and provide a short summary of each meeting since our first guest speaker at the May 2007 meeting.

2. Presentation to Your Board: Contact David Quinones, PACA Membership Chairperson, at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   or call (991-1505). He will give your Board a short 5-minute PACA presentation.  David will limit the presentation to 5-minutes because he knows your Board has a lot to discuss at each meeting.

3. Attend PACA Meeting: Come to one of our meetings at 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at the Land O’ Lakes Community Center, 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd (US 41), Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639. Directions: Take S.R. 54 to US 41, go three miles north, LOL Community Center on the left.

If you are a member and want to be able to view all areas of the web site, you must first CREATE AN ACCOUNT. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the Web Site Administrator has confirmed your membership.
