Voluntary neighborhood groups,

in communities without

HOAs, CDDs, or CAs.

Annual Dues: $25.00

Class A-3

Voluntary neighborhood groups,

in communities with HOAs, CDDs, or CAs

whose governing board is not controlled by

homeowners or electors of the district

or whose governing board has not joined.

Annual Dues: $25.00

Class B

Individual members can be any

Pasco County Property Owner.

Annual Dues: $10.00
