ROBERT VALENTINE, PE Principal/Construction Manager

Robert Valentine has over 23 years of experience involving planning, design and construction projects for Municipalities, DOT’s, and Private Developments as well as Engineer for several for several Community Development Districts and HOA’s. Mr Valentine has been with American Consulting Engineers for 20 years holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. Bob is a member of the Florida Engineering Society (FES) and American Public Works Association (APWA).

Mr. Valentine provides Project Management by serving as District Engineer to provide professional engineering services on a continuing basis. Services include planning, preparing reports, preparing plans, designs and specifications for; surface water management system and facilities; water and sewer systems and facilities; road maintenance, landscaping and street lighting; and affiliated projects to include engineering contract management and inspection services during construction.

Mr. Valentine has served as Project Manager for projects ranging from regrading swales to new expressway construction with construction costs in excess of $35 Million. Bob has also been involved with post hurricane restoration by performing pavement evaluation, debris removal monitoring, and traffic signal restoration.

F. PETER WILLIAMS Director of Management and Financial Consulting Services

F. PETER WILLIAMS has more than 23 years experience managing various types of Communities, including Community Development Districts, Homeowners' Associations and Condominiums. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University in Criminal Justice.

As Director of Management and Financial Consulting Services, Mr. Williams is directly responsible for growth of the management and financial practice. Because of his experience in all areas of Community Development District management from administration to field operations, he is responsible for all District Management and Financial Consulting functions at Rizzetta & Company. This includes the oversight of all management aspects of Rizzetta & Company's 118 District Management clients with annual operating budgets totaling in excess of $60 Million along with debt service budgets in excess of $66 million. He manages a staff which includes nine other Community Development District managers, three operations managers and 4 financial consulting personnel as well as administrative support and is the chief liaison for all accounting functions related to the Community Development Districts. Mr. Williams has been qualified as an expert witness and provided testimony in various types of court action, including bond validation hearings, along with various other administrative hearings on the local and state governmental level.

Prior to Joining Rizzetta & Company, he was the Vice President and Director of Management for a firm that managed 80 plus communities with more than 12,000 units. These communities ranged from small 50-unit communities to 400-unit luxury water front condominiums, with budgets in excess of $12 Million. Prior to his career in Community Management, he was a retailing executive with the Southland Corporation and Rite-Aid Drugs.
